I think Amadeus was just edited from Parker's sprites, since a number of bosses have been proven to be frankenstein'd from previous Metal Slug games. So I think they're intended to be separate people.

Hmm.... can't help to notice Parker and Amadeus' visual similarities, is Parker an alias to avoid detection by the Regular Army?
