Yeah, and would have perhaps fallen on the Middle-Son, where the player would try and avoid being crushed by it.
I always figured that it would've fallen off the bridges in the final mission, like the darin does.
Yeah, that would make sense! It stays idle as a barricade and uses the destroyed frame when defeated. Good thinking!
