Winkawaks has a built-in tile viewer.
Yes I do, I don't know another method to rip sprites, than using winkawaks, if there is a better method i'll use it.
Are you ripping these from screenshots? Because the rear plane sprites are actually the same size as the regular ones, they're just resized by software.
