No weirder than that time Thanos got arrested.
Shredder, the mighty warrior and wants to rule the world. Is being arrested by the police and sent to jail. Ok...
I like how the ending shows him being arrested by the police with his head hung low, still dressed in his battle armor. Shredder, leader of a violent street gang and master of physical combat, is submitting to the authorities, being placed in handcuffs, and will presumably stand trial.
