I remember this game! I played it on MS-DOS back then! I thought these people I'm supposed to save were the enemies (I was young). I thought the game was just called "SOS" but now I see it's short for "Sink or Swim".

@teh_supar_hackr Hehehe. Good one. This game is a very hard puzzle platformer where you need to rescue the passengers inside a sinking ship.
An early version for the Amiga was slightly different to this port. The SNES and Genesis ports however appear to be the more complete versions as the hero has new sprites and the passengers receive clothing based on where they're located.

When I hear the title to this game, hear the Skate or Die theme, but with Sink or Swim instead.
