Note: It most likely wouldn't use the Ripper Heart, since those frames are used by the original Ripper in the base game after it kills you.
@Dolpman I' more interested in the fact that it looks like it was going to use the ripper heart against you.
Pretty interesting how this guy was to replace the Ripper in Deadly Kiss. Makes you wonder what would've replaced the Baby Ripper.
