As for the items in quotes, I have some guesses as to what they are.
* ARTF: Maybe an early Jetpack pickup, though it does look quite similar to the Tracking Missile Launcher projectile.
* DFKx: Looks to be armor pickups, though DFK3 is animated for some reason and DFK4 looks like Doom's Radiation Shielding Suit.
* RGLA: Likely a version of Doom's Light Amplification Goggles.
* STNx: Seem to be bonus items. STNH might be a take on Duke Nukem 3D's Atomic Health pickup.
