And then it turned out the name wasn't copyrighted yet and Apogee was quick to register and trademark it. Boy, I bet Ted Turner was pretty salty when that happened. XD

Wasn't this game called Duke Nukum because of a Captain Planet character?
I dont care about what everyone says, this game will always be Duke Nukum for me.
