@IkeruOZ: That doesn't make any sense, we've never disallowed transparent images. That being said, it should never have been approved in such a state, and as such has now been replaced with a re-rip.

You can upload transparent images here, but not everyone chooses to do so. Some people prefer to have a "transparency color", like you said. True transparency is not always the best practice too, but most of the time either of them should be fine.
@Xanderrock98 That's becouse if you have to determinate transparency in a Spriters Resource sheet, the color must be a color that is not transparent becouse in this website, you can't upload spritesheets with transparency. (Some spriters left notes on their sheets saying what color is transparency, in this sheet, the transparency is light blue.)
Why is there a blue background behind the logo and foreground? Thats only supposed to be done on sheets where theres no transparent pixels, and even then I don't even know why its done in the first place
