@Lady_Sophie: First, obtain the .APK file for Dr Mario World. Next, change the extension to a .ZIP file (I recommend making a copy of it before you do that). After that, open the files with AssetStudio. Be sure to tell it to open the folder instead of opening a single file. That way, you'll be able to see all of the files at once.

I got to admit, their character creativity should be praised.
The biggest out-of-place characters that I like are the fire characters and a Goomba Tower.
