This game has 4 megabits of memory just like Phantasy Star, and yet it can’t even register collision detection with your normal shots half the time, and you can cheese the first 10 or so stages without a fight just by clamping the D-pad diagonally. Shameful.......
In case people are wondering, most of the game including this sheet does not use sprites. They are background tiles and its to prevent sprite flicker at a cost of a lower frame rate and more jerkier to control (as well as to look good on screenshots). The smaller ones on the bottom are sprites though.
