Re-ripped. The palettes weren't official, and it looked like some edits were made to the sprites on the original sheet.
Didn't know that, i'm on it then. Thanks a bunch for the info.
Apparently there's also a Sonic goal post that uses the Sonic CD signpost art and appears like once in the whole game. Should probably find and rip that too.
