in some frames the chainguns are very pixelated
@Terra King i dont believe it tbh. adrian did the art for both wolf3d jaguar and doom 1/2, so its likely that he just drew a similar face by instinct especially since the palettes are pretty similar
Also is anyone acknowledging they reused Doomguy's face here and for the rest of the other bosses? There is a whole videon GermanPeter's channel where the Jaguar version of Wolfenstein 3D reused a ton of textures from Doom 1, which is ironic because W3D originally came first on the PC, then when they needed to port the game onto other systems, they reused Doom 1 textures lmao
Apparently, the name "Trans Grosse" is supposed to mean "Beyond Big" or "Bigger than Big", as an upgrade of Hans Grosse, or "Big Hans".
Knowing iD, it's probably a combination of both
@Dolphman It isn't. The devs clearly just wanted something that's similar enough to "Hans" and, for whatever reason, "Trans" is what they came up with.
He is a transformer, not a first german name
