I think she looks like that when the Shadow Queen is encompassing her inside her, maybe?
@Fawfulthegreat64: I'm guessing it's a placeholder sprite left in the game's texture files.
Why does the example assembly have a purple tint? I see this purpler sprite of Shadow Queen Peach a lot yet it's much less saturated in the game and in the sprites.
