I checked the "US/ Japan" version, and it's the same as what's here. The background looks different because you don't see most of the space underneath the "©SEGA 1995" text.

I have the US game for Game gear and in game it's Adventures while on the sticker it Adventure.
what version are the menu graphics from though? They don't match up with the US version.

It's Adventures in Japan but Adventure in US/EU. It's actually confusing in Japan because the Japanese translates as Adventure but the title and their packaging says the other.
It's Adventure. I can't believe I never noticed that SEGA had "Adventures" instead of "Adventure" until now. XD
So wait, is it Adventure or Adventures?
