This is pretty impressive. Gameplay reminds me of those Sega VHS games where you steer a plastic car in front of your TV, and of course Hot Wheels Stunt Track Driver on PC which used a very similar thing for the tracks.
Fun fact: A spanish youtuber called Guinxu explained the tracks of Toy Story Racer, see the minute 7:42, the tracks are frames like a video, 7:42 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vLBB94dyeCM
