@Mystical Greninja: I'm very late seeing these comments but I'm pretty sure he was just curious why they weren't "good enough" for the game but as if they almost decided to use them

Seems like the ON/OFF Switches reused the message block graphics from SMW2:YI (at least the ON state is), but the actual BLOCKS themselves (the blocks that switch state, not the switch) debuted in this game

so this is face block was the on/off block before it existed

@TarkanDragon: They're unused because they're not used (sarcasm fyi)
@DVS: it appeared with the colors it has on the sheet using the emu with the same settings as the rest

I thought the white on the Face Block with the tongue was supposed to be pinkish...

The face block seems like it would block your path, being boo-like.
As for the checker block it's pallet shifting matches the hit block for the most part, so that's a hint.
