How do you play this minigame?
@Superlakitu All the sprites/tiles are there now. As for the water/wave animation it's got a shifting effect which prevents it from being ripped (the same effect is also used in the game's intro, hence why its dedicated sheet also lacks the water being animated).
This doesn't have all the sprites. Where are the waves?
You need has an Pikachu with Surf move, while is impossible make it normally in Pokémon Yellow, you would has an Pikachu with Surf if you get in Events, Glitches, or even playing in 3DS/Wii U Virtual Console.
