Not sure about Photobucket, but I know I'd use things like Imageshack before cloud storage really started booming. It could have been some issue. Resubmitted the original file to have all assets available to those who'd use them
@Divinity53: Did you submit it through Photobucket? It's possible that we might've downloaded a slightly-lower-resolution version to upload since Photobucket loves screwing with images, and nobody noticed it before it went up.
Not sure what happened to it to give it the compressed look, as I still have the original file (almost 8 years old) and it's fine.
Only thing missing on this now is the water animations and area & B/W palette.
