Did they get a clip artist to draw Frogger for this game?
Okay. I know what you're talking about now. That's actually an entirely different game: Frogger 2 (GBC). It's basically the GBC game of the PSX/PC Frogger.

I should have worded it as an alternative version that replaces the large menu graphics shown in this rip with ones based on the PSX/PC Frogger game.

This... IS the Game Boy Color version...
If I remember, the Game Boy Color version uses different sprites.
