It's fun they made him quite gooey/slime-ish in this game. Pretty obviously done cuz animating him as water in sprite form would've been a bit too much work, but I don't mind this compromise. Quite a unique interpretation, especially with his eyes! I love they decided to make him emotive in this than he was portrayed prior. Chaos squinting gives me life.
