who's the green-haired lady beneath Scott / next to the Mystery Gift attendant? and also the alternatively coloured scientist beneath the old guys and the link club attendant? they don't look familiar at all

Update got thrown into the backburner and I ended up forgetting all about it. *shrug*
Well, hope this was a proper update.
I'll see about giving this sheet a proper update sometime this month, unless someone else does so first.
@Shinigami You're right, but if it helps you can just flip most of them for the same result. Even many of the asymmetrical ones should be fine if you only flip the bottom half.
I'm not sure of this but it appears pretty much all the npc's that have walking sprites are missing 2 sprites, the ones for when they're facing north or south and walking are missing the 2nd frame. So they are not fully complete, unless i'm missing something as to why they're not present.
