Idea: maybe reupload the original sheets while keeping the new ones. I have the old ones still if they're possibly needed.

Agreed. Some of the bosses I couldn't find because they have a very small part from it and I actually thought the actual sheet names were supposed to be similar to the boss name. Would be nice if the original sheets were put back. The ripper just slapped the parts into a sheet without labeling anything.

I really wish most of these had assembled versions of the multi-part sprites.

Most of the boss sheets are missing the colors they gain when they're hurt, and BOX is missing the sprites from the 2nd boss fight with it (both of which were on the old sheets).

I know this was a long time ago, but for the sheets that were replaced, I honestly like the older sheets better, as they're more organized and complete imo.
