As someone who grew up with Sonic Rush and never played Rush Adventure until nearly 15 years later, I agree. Compared to Sonic Rush Adventure and Sonic Colors DS, Sonic Rush is kind of like moldy cheese to me. It's not a bad game, but the games that followed it did a lot of stuff so much better that it feels bad in comparison.
