Masafumi Uchida was credited as Menu Program so these could have been scrapped menu ideas, or just placeholders... it's hard to tell. I had no idea those retro-looking sprites were from Ice Climbers though!
I'm sorry -- Ice Climbers sprites!? I'm really curious to know the context of all this! Good timing too since I've been replaying PiT recently.
