Yeah, Baby Fat is just the header of the sidequest section of the Player's Guide. I also thought his name was Baby Fat for a while because of that.
@Fredbears That's not actually intended to be a name, Nintendo Power used it as a punny section header, then the Australian magazine ditzily assumed it was supposed to be a name.
Fat Yoshi actually has an official name, it's "Baby Fat"
