I actually used possible pallet combinations on Frisk in-game, Chara uses multiple colours that may or may not be possible.
If I knew how to use Mother 3 Funland, I'd try to do so.

He's saying that THIS sheet is somehow NES style, and the linked DeviantArt page is supposedly SNES style.
