Everything RaguRando said is correct
It's from the penultimate episode of Season 5 (same name as the sheet). A machine called Thumper is working on a new quarry near the mountain it rests on, but he inadvertently loosens it and it starts "chasing" Rusty (and later Rheneas) Indiana Jones-style when it falls onto the tracks. After it narrowly misses Percy and crushes a shed - apparently containing some kind of explosives, BTW - Sir Topham Hatt shuts the quarry down and Boulder gets relocated to a hill.
WHO THE HAM IS THE BOULDER??? this seems so Specific to me And its hilarious
