I attempted using a Mega man styles character get where the mask is supposed to be a separate sprite lasted on, didn't t know how to make it clear.

Still has too much colors even on a black background.
@murph I think the intent is a black background.
While I appreciate the fact that we have Terraria sprites now, the Lunatic Cultist uses too many colors to be a true NES sprite.
