Huh. I had no idea Ian made that name up. I never played Shadow the Hedgehog, so...
Should just be GUN Commander, since Tower's only his name in the Archie Comics, and this sprite sheet came before his introduction in that series. We don't call Metal Sonic Kai "Titan Metal Sonic" after all.
