What kind of ROM hack is it? Also, crediting me and the contributors is fine.

im making my own expansion sheet to this. it has some animations that didnt have a super version, the missing snowboard sprites, my own rotations for the walk, run and corkscrew run, and sonic 3 underwater/hyper palettes.

@dolphman I looked into to this and yeah okay, I definitely see why you guys want to distance yourself from Sonic.exe. Also my bad, this was also done with a friend of yours that has passed away. I can see how this is more sacred and why you guys don't want half-hearted edits of this particular sheet.

@HansGonk There's a lot of reasons for the strict guidelines. The creator of Sonic.exe did some horrible things I cannot explain due to the context, many edits were of my deceased friend, Shinbs's sprites, which honestly feels disrespectful, ditto with other friend's sprites who grew out of liking it.
Not just me making these rules either. Other spriters have been putting bans on Sonic.exe edits or being used in content for it on their sheets.
Majority of Sonic fans outright hate it because it keeps popping back despite what the creator did. Even the official CreepyPasta wiki refuses to acknowledge it.
Honestly, it should've stayed in the past after the controversies. But a certain rhythm game's modding community ruined those chances.

I just want to say, that this is a fantastic sprite sheet, for like classic and 16-bit style Sonic, this is my favorite. It feels like a perfect in-between of the sonic 3 and sonic mania sprites. But, I'm a little confused about why the strict guidelines? I get having guidelines for spritesheets, like you guys don't want to have it associated with anything that's controversial (i.e. in like a bigoted project or pornography), but why specifically Sonic.EXE and Recolors? Like, I think Sonic.EXE is stupid too, but it seems pretty harmless and recolors are usually done by young artists getting their start and stuff. It's not a big deal or anything, they can use other sprites, I just find the specifics odd.

hey @dolphman i noticed that not all the snowboarding sprites are there. the steepest sprite and the least steepest sprite are not there. heck, 2 of them here are the same angle.
