Well, Tiara was in a game, the game just never got released.
But it is absurdly difficult to get to Witchcart in that game without save-scumming, so that's why there's little discussion of her.

Seriously I see more people talking about Tiara Boobowski, then Wendy Witchcart, and Tiara wasn't even in a game!
