Rouge the rabbit
I added her here because of her vehicle, she doesn't have a design below her head so I thought this section would be better.
This is actually Archie Comics' Carrotia with Tails' Skypatrol's Carrotia aircraft. Might as well move it to StH Media Customs.

Because why not? None of the characters from Tails Adventure or Sky Patrol have genesis styled sheets and I'm trying to change that.

Well, this is a rather unexpected character that you'd see a custom sprite sheet of.
Ah. Sorry for the confusion. Do like these sprites though.
Not only that, but he went out of his way to avoid making her a Cream edit.
I think Xeric has a bit more credibility than to utilise a ROM hack's sprite as base.
@Murphmario I can guarantee I didn't use anything of Psi's to make this sheet, any similarities are merely because they utilize the same style. The base I used was my own Sonic 1 styled Sonia sheet that i'm working on.
These sprites look pretty similar to Cream's sprites in Sonic 2: Pink Edition. Might wanna give the original people who made the Cream sprites credit.
