It's kinda funny how this character's design was merged with the 'Leaf' we see with the Squirtle, to make her design in the Kanto Gen 3 remakes
Yellow is finally not locked to the manga, I guess (IK it doesn't look like Adventures manga Yellow, but Green is in Let's Go.)

She’s pretty!
This gal comes from some super early concept art for "Capsule Monsters". Dated 1990, she's one of the earliest character designs made for the game (alongside Red himself), and she's used interchangeably with Red in said art. She has no known name and none of the original art is in-colour, so my colour selection of dark hair, dark top, light pants, dark boots, and a red/brown hat is a complete guess on my part. Given that she's much more of a direct "girl version" of her male equivalent than other pre-Gen9 player characters, however, I think my guess is at least a pretty educated guess.
