@JonGandee The sprites are from the NES version of Pac-Man.
@PhantomHedgehog Ultra Pac-Man is based on the Super ABC kit which contains extra mazes, different ghosts, and a reused sprite that gives you a free game.

That unknown ghost is supposed to be the eyeballs. The bootleggers forgot to make the ghost transparent. But what next? The ones from 4 fun in 1?
