This is pretty well done, and I know reference material on X and Copy X is pretty inconsistent, but I'm pretty sure the only in-game sprite of the original X we see shows that he still has that differently-colored midriff like in the original X series.

@Greater_UltraMan I think this is suppose to be a "what if the other character was this character" sort of thing similar to the megaman Z hack where instead of x you play as zero.

Should this belong in the Mega Man Zero Series? It looks like how X and OmegaX appeared in the Mega Man Zero games, only modified to give them a full sprite sheet. Currently the customs for the Mega Man Zero Series are pretty sparse, and prior to the spin off it was all considered one massive Mega Man Series so I could understand this ending up in the wrong place.

Either that, or this is intended to be that same character(X survives from the Mega Man X series into the Mega Man Zero series, if being cloned is considered surviving) from the Mega Man X series... but with the black on the upper arms and thighs I think it's meant to be the version of X from that series...
