I agree with striker212, this sort of does look like cuphead. Probably because of Angry Sun's menacing grimace, considering that quite a few of cuphead's bosses have a menacing grimaces or smiles

Also, The Moon was heavily inspired by Sister Moon, from The Adventures of Brer Rabbit.
The sun was inspired by The Mad Doctor and Bluto. The moon was based on old french print ads.
