@Eriasu89 aseprite is a program that i recommend using
@QuadFactor because those are the originals and these were based off of those
in reality, this would just be another palette swap of mario

@Eriasu89, there are Mario and Luigi sheets like this made by AwesomeZack on MFGG.
I wish there was a big, crazy detailed sheet like this for Mario/Luigi. These Power-Ups look super awesome. I might try to make customs like this, can anyone recommend an program to sprite with?
the fire balls dont use the same pallete as fire mario, so it should be the same with fire waluigi
