This sheet should be renamed to "Iron Mam."
This creature isn't Bow Boxer, it's Iron Mam. Bow Bower is a dog, as in "Bow-wow."
@TheMorningFlash15: Not really. The body uses three colours (cream, blue and black) while the arms/ribbon are separate sprites that use another three (two shades of pink and black).
Though I did notice there's a slight dithering error on the cream colour for some reason. That should be easy enough to fix, though.
