Same artstyle as the other KA artwork. This one jut hasn't been replaced by newer art. Bounder will always be better than Gip. Capsule J has the excuse of literally being Twinbee, at least.
Because they wanted more anime representation, probably. Not sure how much its resemblance to Bub and Bob had to do with it, don't think it was proven nor disproven...
I have no idea why they replaced him with Phan Phan.
