Crypton Future Media owns Miku and the characters affiliated with her. (Rin and Len Kagamine, Megurine Luka, MEIKO, and KAITO)

I believe this should be renamed to "Hatsune Miku Customs" since Crypton's characters are longer part of Vocaloid.

As for Akita Neru, and Yowane Haku, they're fan characters (Or "derivative" as Cyrpton officially describes them) But they did guest appear in Project Diva Arcade.
