What is Princess Guinevere's voice actress again? I just forgot.
SMG4 and GLITCH are separate from one another. Despite the fact that the entirety of GLITCH Productions was created and is run by the same guys behind SMG4, they're not the same. Pretty much all of their shows (except for Sunset Paradise) are not part of SMG4 at all. Even Meta Runner is a completely separate canon from SMG4, as the Tari we see in Meta Runner is different from the one we see in SMG4. As for characters like Axol, Melony, Saiko, Mr. Puzzles, Mr. WPNZ, etc., they never appeared in any official GLITCH media outside of SMG4. So, unless they end up having a show of their own that's separate from SMG4, I doubt they'll be able to be on here.
I'm sorry for the comment, but what about if SMG4 was heavily edited to remove the mustache and change the outfit and be closer to his "Nintendo Copyright-free" version like how the last design of Fishy Boobkins is much more different from a common Nintendo Spike?
At the end of the day, it'd still be closer to a Mario edit with a swapped palette, but maybe it wouldn't be too much like Mario with the necessary edits.

Somari is basically *the* character that comes to mind for most people when you think of bootleg characters (either that or Grand Dad), and we have made exceptions in the past (such as allowing this very section to exist in the first place). Besides, at the end of the day, Somari is still Mario, just with a different pair of shoes, and not an edited (originally just recoloured) Mario trying to be a different character entirely.
If fan characters are not allowed, then why do we have a custom page for Somari ? It's just a NES bootleg of Sonic the Hedgehog with Mario instead of Sonic.
Think of it this way -- are Zelda characters considered Mario characters just because they were made by the same company (Nintendo)?

Why ? SMG4 was made by one of Glitch's creators and it was produced by the company since its creation.
He also appeared in Meggy's photo in one of the episode of Sunset Paradise.
Another thought: Axol (originally from SMG4) appeared in Meta Runner, and is an original character, so would he be allowed here?
