I mean there really can't be a difference for the light world sprite if bf was in Undertale first since those sprites won't be shaded just have a different outfit, but since bf has the same outfit throughout everything his light world and Undertale sprite won't really change at all. But for the dark world sprite it will change since he has a different outfit and all that. But for a shorter term (to not have a lot of space in the sprite-sheet) :/
