The actual sprites for structures in this game are composited across three different layers, some of which include the background terrain in their tiles and use the same colors as the terrain. And to make it even more of a challenge, some of the castles are actually "empty" in their middle and just have the terrain tiles showing through. So it was a big pain in the ass trying to isolate the structure parts to the exact pixel and then editing them together. But I did my best and, as I said, these are extremely close if not perfect representations of how they appear in-game. |
