It was licensed as Philips got the rights from Nintendo with support from Nintendo of America to make sure that it's in character but none of the main Nintendo staff worked on this game, AFAIK only one NOA staff member was involved and credited. It's in the same category as Mario Teaches Typing, Mario is Missing or the Super Mario Bros. Gottlieb pinball machine. |

A lot of the elements from the GameCube version page are the same, but they did change the buttons and add a trailer for the Billy and Mandy game. That wasn't why I ripped this but I was happy it's there |

@thejohnston7 stages 3 to 5 (5 is unused) has issues with pos underwater palette, if 0069 has these values set, it will load pos palette at the first row, which is where the palette for other characters and dipsys title palette are in |
