@Gangrelm: You're somewhat right. The name "Bzzit" didn't exist until Revolution, but these are (supposedly) meant to be two separate characters. People often get confused about this, most likely because of the color palette inconsistency; the red and black palette is supposed to be shown during the level with the giant spiked berry chase, and during the second (and final) Dream Forest boss. However, depending on the version of the game you're playing, either or both of these instances will show the pink and yellow palette instead.
