Users can communicate directly with one another through the sites with the new user management system, or its comments system. There will also be a wiki for discussion of specific details that may want a public reference. Otherwise, we have a Discord server that hasn't been linked to on the site in a visible fashion in a long time - the new layout will provide more avenues to follow the site and community. |

A year+ of development time and massive improvements due to a complete rewrite of the site means it would make absolutely no sense to leave the old version available. There will be some accommodations for users who prefer the old version but I don't want to give away exactly what that entails just yet. |
