The rips from daemoth are also missing part of the bottom, but I'm not sure if this is a ripping error or just a version difference. Since daemoth used FF6Tools, cut off battle bgs shouldn't have been an issue for him. Haven't checked it out by myself, though. |

Full rerip with FF6Tools. In contrast to the tilesets, the map section of this tool doesn't have an export function to prevent the black background from bleeding into the tiles. But as far as I can see, this rip doesn't have issues with that. Other maps would need bsnes-rawpalettes (tilemap viewer) to achieve this. |
