Dec 26, 2019 8:07 PM Doc von Schmeltwick Asset: Sonic I personally enjoy the artstyle on these, myself. Only real criticism I have is that the eyebrow ridges are shaded a tad weirdly, but I know that's sorta difficult to do.

Also, it hadn't clicked for me that Sonic Mania's "random geometric shapes" background was based off the JP art for the early games XD
