May 12, 2020 5:14 PM Omega Asset: WALL-E (Mega Man NES Enemy-Style) Generally when you're doing a Megaman styled enemy you want the character to sort of pop out and each individual part can be seen.
With Wall-E I recommend he'd be simplified a little just to he doesn't look so busy, but retains his recognizable look, using more white and blacks helps too to get that 'megaman' feel.

Here's a quick version I tried just to show an example.

May 12, 2020 4:47 PM RaguRando Asset: WALL-E (Mega Man NES Enemy-Style) This could've been better (especially the way the treads are animated), but I only made it as the second (now third) sheet for the new section. One reason why I chose the enemy style was because they are larger, more varied and more detailed than Rock and the friendly NPCs, which allows him to stand out more compared to an Eddie scale one (for instance). He is a heavy edit of the Picket Man Bull from MM3.

And I stupidly thought their shading didn't look bad (probably because the other sprites were so well done and didn't look rushed [no pun intended]). If I'm correct, this is how he would've looked had they been able to finish him in time, albeit without all the extra (playable) sprites because it's not MM9/10.

May 11, 2020 6:22 PM RaguRando Asset: WALL·E (Super Mario Bros. 2 NES & SNES-Styles) Wow! First Pixar custom, and one from a film I was once going to sprite something from myself! I just couldn't figure out what other style I wanted to use. It may not be the best style to depict WALL·E in because of proportions (and the game's concept), but you worked out a good palette for the NES version. The eyes could've been a bit smaller and flatter to be more accurate, and the SNES one should've had the frame light grey like the hands. Besides those, I was excited to see I've apparently inspired someone else to add a new one. Keep it up.
